Dissolve yeast in deep bowl with 3 tablespoons lukewarm milk. Put<br/>
flour into another bowl. Stir eggs and remaining milk into flour.<br/>
Beat with wooden spoon until smooth; add sugar, raisins and yeast<br/>
mixture. Cover bowl with cloth, let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Add<br/>
salt. Fry spoonsful in hot oil, turning over once. Drain on<br/>
absorbent paper. Roll in powdered sugar.
