Place the brined fish chunks/strips into the glass jars (interspersed with any vegetables you add). Add pickling solution to fill the jars. Prod fish to release any trapped air. Screw on jar lids. Refrigerate. The pickles should be ready to eat in a day or so, and will get better over the next couple of days. They will keep for a few weeks (easily) in the refrigerator. Mine never last that long. Enjoy.
